Dr. Barbara Ziv, a forensic psychologist and a key witness in the court case against Harvey Weinstein is now in the hospital after being mowed down by a car. She was important to the case, and explained why Weinstein’s victims continued to remain friendly towards him, even though he raped them.
Her testimony is believed to be crucial in the deciding factor of the jury finding him guilty.
