Abrams: 'I Absolutely Support Abolishing Electoral College'

Democrat Stacey Abrams tried her hand at running for governor of Georgia, only to be beat out by Republican Brian Kemp.

The sore loser is now fighting to abolish the electoral college.

While appearing on MSNBC's "All In," Abrams argued that the Electoral College was not actually create a fair representation, but because the government felt the people were too dumb to make an educated decision. Just like a liberal to play victim.

MSNBC host Chris Hayes inquired, “There have been some calls to get rid of the Electoral College. There’s been some controversy over this week, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez calling for it, the president emailing his supporters about how terrible an idea that was. Do you favor that?”

“Absolutely." Abrams said matter-of-factly, "The Electoral College was not designed to make certain that people in small states weren’t subject to the tyranny of urban areas. That wasn’t the conversation at the time. It was because those in power did not believe that working people had the intellectual capacity to directly elect the leader of the free world. We have long passed that time, and it’s time for direct election and popular vote.”

Did this woman even pay attention in school? My 13-year-old brother is smarter than that! Major facepalm.

Democrats only want to abolish the Electoral College because they realize that is the only way they will start winning elections again.
