Al Qaeda Leader Zawahri Calls for Jihadist Attacks on US, Israel on 9/11

Al Qaeda Leader Zawahri Calls

For 18 years Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri has evaded authorities and is still lurking in the shadows and able to use his platform to call for bloodshed.

Zawahri called on Muslims to attack the United States, Europe, Israel and Russia in a speech on the 18th anniversary of September 11.

Several intelligence agencies were able to intercept the video. In the video Zawahri condemned the "backtrackers" from jihad. He also ripped jihadists who have "reformed" in jail or those who have opposed the 9/11 attacks.

Al Qaeda coorindated the September 11, 2001 attacks who took nearly 3,000 lives. The World Trade Center was struck by two civilian airliners. Another plane hit the Pentagon and yet another crashed in rural PA when heroes on the plane overtook the Al Qaeda highjackers and crashed it.

Zawahri and ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi are the two most wanted men in the world with a $25 million bounty on their scalps.

After Usama bin Laden was killed by a Navy SEAL raid, the Egyptian-born Zawahri took over as the leader of Al Qaeda. He has acquired several nicknames over the years including "The Doctor" and "The Teacher."

Obviously his whereabouts are unknown but there is much speculation that the sneaky terrorist is in the rough Afghanistan-Parkistan border region.

Despite the focus on ISIS and their rise and fall, there are many experts who are concerned about the rise of Al Qaeda and their new gameplan that is making them more resilient and lethal.
