On Sunday, Cleveland Browns safety Jermaine Whitehead took to Twitter, threatening a reporter and calling him a "cracker" following their game against the Denver Broncos, in which they lost.
Obviously upset about the loss, sports reporter Dustin Fox tweeted, "Whitehead's effort tackling today is a joke." When Whitehead saw this, he responded in a rage fit of racial slurs, name calling, and threats.
Imagine the sports media reaction if a white player responded to a black member of the media with a Tweet like this. Any doubt that player is cut and suspended for the rest of the year? Yet Browns aren’t doing anything at all. What a joke organization. pic.twitter.com/8vXKKvpxGY

Whitehead replied, "Come get it in blood bitch made ass lil boy. I’m out there with a broken hand. Don’t get smoked fuck ass cracker.”
Yikes! Could you even imagine the outrage that would have ensued if the racial roles had been reversed? There would been another Black Lives Matter movement.
That isn't the only person he lashed out at though! In fact, his Twitter account was suspended just 15 minutes after the game due to how he was interacting with people. He is obviously a sore loser!

However, the Browns immediately took action and dumped Whitehead for his actions. How he acted was completely unacceptable! Bravo to the Browns for setting a good example on what should and should not be tolerated.

The team issued a statement that said, "Jermaine Whitehead's social media posts following today's game were totally unacceptable and highly inappropriate." The spokesperson continued, "We immediately spoke with Jermaine upon learning of these comments. The Browns in no way condone that type of language or behavior. This matter will be further addressed internally."
No mention in @espn story of Browns player’s racist comments or threats to kill fans. Look at this headline. Yet more evidence of why you can’t trust sports media. It’s all agenda driven. pic.twitter.com/R79zbuoJTS
