Children of the Climate: Laura Ingraham Likens Greta to Stephen King Novel

Children of the Corn? More like Children of the Climate! HA!

Fox News Host Laura Ingraham is being attacked by the left after she compared climate "activist" (or should I say actress) Greta Thunberg to the Stephen King novel, Children of the Corn.

Thunberg has made quite the laughing stock of herself for pushing an imaginary crisis, claiming that we are entering another ice age and mass extinction. She even blamed world leaders for stealing her childhood and forcing her to take on "climate change" when they should be doing it. Little girl needs to crack open a book.

Daily Mail reports:

The network played a video of Thunberg's fiery harangue, her face full of fury and eyes welling with tears, leading Ingraham to ask: 'Does anyone else find that chilling?'

The network then cut to a clip from Stephen King's 1984 horror film Children of the Corn, which tells the tale of Christian fundamentalist children who ritually murder all the adults in their small Nebraska town.

"I can't wait for Stephen King's sequel, Children of the Climate," Ingraham joked.

Of course critics are claiming that this comparison is wrong because Thunberg has Aspergers syndrome. However, that is not common knowledge. I have been laughing at her ridiculousness since she first spoke to the European parliament, and I had absolutely no idea that she had a disability until last week.

Just before Ingraham joked about Greta, Fox News panelist Michael Knowles also commented on the teenager, calling her a "mentally ill Swedish child."

"The climate hysteria movement is not about science. If it were about science, it would be led by scientists rather than by politicians and a mentally ill Swedish child who is being exploited by her parents and by the international left," Knowles said.

Progressives are upset that they are "attacking a child" but the moment she stepped into adult politics with an absolute garbage platform, she also opened the door to be criticized.
