Coca-Cola Brings Back Fan-Favorite Flavor 16 Years Later That is 'Better Than the Original'

Coca-Cola has revived a beloved flavor, 17 years after it disappeared from shelves.

Fans were heartbroken when the drinks giant discontinued Coca-Cola Lime nearly two decades ago. Now, it’s making a comeback, and people are thrilled.

Shoppers recently spotted it back in stores. The NewFoodsUK Instagram page confirmed the buzz, sharing, "Lime Coca-Cola is back!! Spotted today at Farmfoods!"

Excitement is spreading fast. One fan posted on X, "First Coca-Cola Lemon came back, and now Coca-Cola Lime. 2024 is such a good year. Only way 2025 can beat it is if Coca-Cola Orange is resurrected."

Another commented, "So glad they did this as a full sugar version." A third added, "I need to try this and find some."

Some mentioned the previous release of Diet Coke Sublime Lime but agreed it wasn’t the same. One fan explained, "Diet Coke Sublime Lime just doesn’t hit the spot, though Pepsi Max Lime has been refreshing as a stop-gap. Having full sugar Coca-Cola Lime back is a real win."

The lime-flavoured cola is available in packs of eight cans at Farmfoods. Tesco shoppers have also reported seeing it in stock.

It’s unclear if Coca-Cola Lime is back for good or just a limited run. Fans are hopeful it will join the permanent lineup alongside lemon and cherry.
