While attempting to cover a protest in Portland, conservative writer Andy Ngo was assaulted and robbed. His face was covered in wounds while he was attempting to tell what was going on during a livestream explaining what went down.
Despite being assaulted by the protesters several times, Ngo received no help from the police. The protesters also stole his camera equipment.
Antifa is a Domestic Terror Group.

After the assault was over Ngo headed to the ER. The Antifa thugs were throwing milkshakes had him that contained concrete.

Leading up to the event, Ngo was very nervous about what could happened. He tweeted this on the eve of the event:
“I am nervous about tomorrow’s Portland antifa rally. They’re promising ‘physical confrontation’ & have singled me out to be assaulted. I went on Tucker Carlson last year to explain why I think they’re doing this: They’re seeking meaning through violence."

Rose City Antifa claimed that Ngo was taking part in protests. That's not the case. He had only attended them to cover them and as a result Antifa called for violence against him.
