Seeing Joe Biden in a confused state has pretty much become a daily occurrence. The most recent incident happened on "The Last Word" on MSNBC.
At the beginning of the video Biden says "hi" to the young man from California. An easy mistake, no big deal. Then he tries to continue the conversation.

Admittedly, that looked like it was an honest mistake that could have happened to anyone. Regardless, it was very funny.
Then there was the time he thought nearly half the people in the United States have died to gun violence.
