Disgusting New CA Bill Introduced to Protect Child Molesters, Pedophiles

In a disgusting turn of events, California is working to become a safe haven for pedophiles and child molesters. If you fall into that category, then that would be the state for you. If you are a parent, stay far away from that cesspool.

State Senator Scott Wiener and Assemblywoman Susan Eggman introduced Senate bill 145 together, which will “end blatant discrimination against LGBT young people regarding California’s sex offender registry.”

The legislation reads, “This bill would authorize a person convicted of certain offenses involving minors to seek discretionary relief from the duty to register if the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor.”

“Currently, for consensual yet illegal sexual relations between a teenager age 15 and over and a partner within 10 years of age, ‘sexual intercourse’ (i.e., vaginal intercourse) does not require the offender to go onto the sex offender registry; rather, the judge decides based on the facts of the case whether sex offender registration is warranted or unwarranted.

By contrast, for other forms of intercourse — specifically, oral and anal intercourse — sex offender registration is mandated under all situations, with no judicial discretion.”

In other words, liberals want to allow grown adults to engage in sexual acts with children without being required to register as a sex offender because they believe it to be unfair. They believe that “love is love.”

I don’t care who you are or what you stand for. The moment I hear you Advocate pedophilia is the moment I lose every shred of respect. I guarantee you that if an adult ever even THOUGHT about touching my child and I found out about it, I would spend the rest of my life in prison.

Law Enforcement Today reports:

There’s no age listed in this legislation as there is in current law, so depending on the sexual abuser’s age, this could potentially stop protecting children at the age of 8.

It means that a bleeding-heart judge can allow a sex offender to just “live his truth” because, hey, it’s not his fault that he is obsessed with and turned on by children.

It means that an 18-year old man can engage in sexual intercourse or activities with an 8-year old boy or girl and would not necessarily have to register as a sex offender.

Allowing adults to rape innocent children is not equality. It is exactly what I said: rape. It’s disgusting and evil. They deserve to publicly hang, not get a pass with the LGBT community.

Even prison inmates have the decency to rid society of child molesters when they’re added to general population.
