Greg Gutfeld Rips Judge: 'Shut the F*** Up'

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld ripped into Chief Justice John Roberts. The reason? Roberts criticized President Trump after he called to impeach a federal judge. That judge had ruled against Trump’s administration in a recent immigration case.

Roberts issued a rare statement on Tuesday. He made it clear impeachment wasn’t the right response. “The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose,” he wrote.

Gutfeld wasn’t having it. He defended Trump and slammed Roberts for stepping into the fight. The Fox News host, known for his sharp takes, fired back.

“When there are rapists and murderers invading our country, maybe a guy in a robe in D.C. can follow all the protocols,” Gutfeld said on “The Five.” “But Trump is the effing president of the United States who protects 300 million plus people.”

“He is a leader who does not have the luxury of opening up his little books to read.” Gutfeld didn’t stop there. He had a blunt message for Roberts.

“Shut the F up,” he said. He insisted Trump was doing what had to be done. “This is something that a president has to do,” Gutfeld added.

He reflected on his past doubts about Trump. “It blows my mind how wrong I was in 2016, or 2015, when Trump came down the escalator,” he admitted. “I was, ‘I can’t believe he said these things.’ Everything he said was right.”

“They’re sending bad people,” Gutfeld continued. “What did he say? They’re sending killers and rapists. Do you remember this? Some of them were good people. And now he’s sending them back.”

The Trump administration is defending its move to deport suspected Tren de Aragua gang members. Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to remove Venezuelan migrants. But U.S. District Judge James Boasberg pushed back, ordering flights to be turned around.

Officials argued the flights were already outside U.S. territory. That meant the judge had no authority to interfere.

Trump addressed the issue with Fox News’s Laura Ingraham. He made it clear he hadn’t defied court orders. And he said he wouldn’t in the future.
