According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, Hunter Biden privately admitted he is the father of a one-year-old baby of an Arkansas woman.
Former college basketball player Lunden Roberts filed a petition for paternity in support back in May claiming Biden is the father of her baby.
While seeking child support, health insurance and legal fees, Roberts asked the court to "establish paternity."
The 49-year-old son of Joe Biden had previously denied all of the allegation and demanded that this suit be tossed out.
According to the court papers filed on Monday Roberts has claimed that Hunter has admitted to her that he is the father. He still denies it publicly and she has demanded a paternity test from him.
This pops up at a time when Hunter is facing more and more scrutiny over his shady business dealings in Ukraine. There is much speculation that his father Joe Biden used his power to keep him from being prosecuted.

In her lawsuit, filed on May 28, Roberts said she and her baby are living in Independence County, Arkansas, which includes both Batesville and Southside.
She said her child was born in August last year. She referred to the infant, now 10 months old, as 'Baby Doe' and did not say whether it is a boy or girl.
She asked the court to 'establish paternity of the child, finding that (Biden) is the child's biological father.'
She also asked the court to order Biden to pay child support and health insurance for the child.
Her friends and family held a baby shower for her shortly before she gave birth.
Roberts, who lived in Washington, D.C. for two years where she studied at George Washington University, has refused to comment on her relationship with Hunter, who is more than 20 years her senior.
A man at her family's isolated home in Southside, a town just outside Batesville, Arkansas, refused to speak, telling DailyMail.com: 'There's no story here.
'I don't mean to be rude but you have to leave.'
