ISIS Calls for Knife Attacks in Random Alleys, Beaches, Forests, Unsuspecting Areas

There has been a very startling new magazine published by the Islamic state. In this magazine, ISIS calls for knife attacks in random alleys, beaches, forests and other unsuspecting, quiet areas. They encourage jihadists to get over their squeamishness when it comes to using sharp objects to attacks. They say these are good to use, particularly at night.

This is the second issue of the magazine Rumiyah. The first issue was published a month ago. It called for jihadists to attack teens who are playing sports or to even go after people who are selling flowers on the street.

The 2nd issue has is in PDF format and has been spread by social media or Google Drive. It advises would-be jihadists that "one need not be a military expert or a martial arts master, or even own a gun or rifle in order to carry out a massacre or to kill and injure several disbelievers and terrorize an entire nation."

Here is more from the publication:

"Many people are often squeamish of the thought of plunging a sharp object into another person’s flesh. It is a discomfort caused by the untamed, inherent dislike for pain and death, especially after 'modernization' distanced males from partaking in the slaughtering of livestock for food and the striking of the enemy in war. However, any such squirms and discomforts are never an excuse for abandoning jihad."

The magazine is calling for massive action from potential jihadists. On top of that, it is giving very explicit instruction on how to carry out the specific tasks of murdering unsuspecting victims. On top of that, it is even directing them to very specific groups of people to go after. It is a very group sick group of people with extremely bad intentions. These are all scenarios that every day people would have a hard time avoiding. ISIS knows this and that is why they are targeting those specific areas.
