Woke journalist Jemele Hill set Twitter ablaze on Sunday when she tweeted a comparison between the United States and Nazi Germany.
Hill tweeted: “Been reading Isabel Wilkerson’s new book, ‘Caste,’ and if you were of the opinion that the United States wasn’t nearly as bad as Nazi Germany, how wrong you are. Can’t encourage you enough to read this masterpiece.”

When the tweet went viral many people picked her apart for the insanity of this tweet.

This isn't the first time Jemele Hill has shared something controversial on Twitter. In 2017 she called President Trump a "white supremacist."
At the time she was employed by ESPN. Her white supremacist tweet went unpunished, but two weeks later she broke the company's social media policy again and was suspended.
She has since been reassigned and is working at The Undefeated, an ESPN branch that focuses on sports and race.
