Jennifer Aniston has expressed her annoyance with the indirect praise she frequently receives – commendations on her appearance considering her age – stating that it drives her "bananas."
In her interview with British Vogue, the 54-year-old "Friends" icon expressed her strong dislike for a particular comment that she frequently encounters: "You look great for your age."
“It drives me bananas, I can’t stand it,” Aniston said.
“That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well, you’re at that stage, so for your age …’ I don’t even understand what it means,” she continued.

“I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s,” Aniston pointed out. “I feel better in mind, body and spirit. It’s all 100 percent better.”
The actress known for her role in "Horrible Bosses" shared that her family tends to have a long lifespan, emphasizing that for her, longevity implies more than merely existing.
“My family lives a long time, especially my dad’s side,” Aniston said. “I want to be thriving; I don’t want to just be alive.”
