Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday reminded Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of his words about Donald Trump.
Kimmel played a 2021 clip of McConnell stating that Trump was “practically and morally responsible” for the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
In response, Trump not only attacked McConnell but also made racist remarks about McConnell’s wife, Elaine Chao.
Despite this, McConnell met with Trump in Washington, D.C., on Thursday and expressed support for the former president.
Kimmel reacted by calling McConnell “a spineless little Mitch.”
