Lebron on Ahmaud Arbery Murder: 'We're Literally Hunted Everyday'

Unless you are living under a rock, then you have heard about (or even seen the video) of an unarmed black man in Georgia being shot and killed as he jogged down the street.

After watching the video myself, I do not see how the situation could be considered anything but an unjustified and unlawful murder. I am truly saddened for the man, Ahmaud Arbery, and his family.

NBA Lakers star Lebron James tweeted about the incident with a photo the 25-year-old that read, “I was murdered by an armed father and son who hunted me down and shot me as I jogged in a Georgia neighborhood. Neither of my killers have been charged. My name is Ahmaud Arbery.”

James added his own message to the tweet: “We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME we step foot outside the comfort of our homes! Can’t even go for a damn jog, man! Like WTF man are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!? No man fr ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I’m sorry Ahmaud (Rest In Paradise) and my prayers and blessings sent to the heavens above to your family!!”

Breitbart reports:

Arbery was confronted by Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son, Travis, 34. Travis reportedly shot Arbery twice with a shotgun. The pair told police that they thought Arbery was a burglary suspect. When they confronted him, the McMichael’s claim Arbery “violently attacked” the younger of the two.

The case has caught the interest of the nation after a graphic video of the incident made its way online.

The case has been complicated by the fact that the McMichaels are the only surviving witnesses to the incident, and the elder McMichaels once worked for the local district attorney causing several conflicts of interest in the case.

BREAKING! Committee to Draft Michelle Obama as Vice President Has Registered With FEC

The way things currently stand, it looks like Joe Biden is going to win the nomination for Democratic candidate. Now the talk has shifted to who his running mate is going to be.

We have already heard him say that he's going to be choosing a woman to be his running mate. If you ask me, this is utterly ridiculous. He doesn't know who he's going to choose, but he's already stating that it's going to be a woman. This is sexist at its core.
