Alec Baldwin and the entire production crew of the movie "Rust" have been accused of negligence on set by three crew members, who have filed litigation against them.

Ross Addiego, Doran Curtin, and Reese Price are seeking unspecified damages and have filed a lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the entire production crew of "Rust" for alleged negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The three crew members were reportedly present during the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and claim to have witnessed multiple safety protocols being disregarded, which they believe contributed to the tragedy. TMZ obtained court documents detailing their allegations.

According to TMZ, Ross Addiego worked as a dolly operator, Doran Curtin was a set costumer, and Reese Price served as a key grip on the set of "Rust." The three crew members assert that they were among the seven people present during the shooting incident that occurred on October 21, 2021, and that they continue to be deeply affected by the events that took place.

TMZ reports that the three crew members have voiced their criticism over the producers' decision to utilize "operable firearms" during 17 of the 21 days of filming on set, despite other alternatives such as special effects or prop guns being available.

The court documents obtained by TMZ also purported an overall failure to investigate previous accidental discharges that occurred on the movie set. Furthermore, the documents alleged that the armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was hired and deemed trustworthy despite allegedly lacking the essential experience necessary for the role.

As per the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed allegedly admitted that she had not been able to inspect the gun before handing it to Dave Halls, who then passed it to Alec Baldwin and purportedly claimed it was "cold" without ensuring that it was safe.

The crew members state that they were quick to respond and offer assistance when Halyna Hutchins was shot, and that the experience has left them traumatized.

Disney Faces Serious Backlash After Releasing 'Anti-White' Cartoon

The reboot of Disney's "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder" is facing intense criticism over a controversial rap that features children singing about slavery and reparations. The lyrics of the rap argue that America has not done enough to atone for its history of prejudice, racism, and White supremacy and therefore owes Black Americans.

Critics argue that the rap is too mature for the show's young audience, while others argue that the song is an important reminder of the history of racism in America. The rap states, "This country was built on slavery, which means slaves built this country. The descendants of slaves continue to build it. Slaves built this country and we, the descendants of slaves in America, have earned reparations for their suffering and continue to earn reparations every moment we spend submerged in a systemic prejudice, racism, and White supremacy that America was founded with and still has not atoned for."
