My Pillow CEO Attacked by Media for Urging Americans to Pray

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell called on Americans to pray and read their Bibles on Monday, during a White House coronavirus press briefing. Afterwards, he said he was "appalled" that the mainstream media tore him apart for it.

During the conference, Lindell announced that his bedding company would graciously start donating 75% of their production capacity to making masks in light of the shortage.

He also encouraged Americans to “to use this time at home to get back in the word, read our Bibles, and spend time with our families.”

“God gave us grace on Nov. 8, 2016, to change the course we were on,” Lindell continued. “God had been taken out of our schools and lives, a nation had turned its back on God.”

“Our president gave us so much hope where, just a few short months ago, we had the best economy, the lowest unemployment, and wages going up,” the Christian entrepreneur said. “It was amazing. With our great president, vice president, and this administration, the other great people in this country, and praying daily, we will get through this and get back to a place that is stronger and safer than ever.”

After he left the podium, Trump said,  “I did not know he was going to do that. He’s a friend of mine and I appreciate that.”

Activist Mommy reports:

Unsurprisingly, Lindell’s impromptu speech was not given much charitable treatment by left-bent journalists who simply wrote him off as the “MyPillow Guy.”

According to Breitbart, CNN’s chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta suggested the White House’s coronavirus briefings could be “better designed” by not having “these PR stunts like Mr. Pillow coming out and giving a plug for his company, and that sort of thing.”

In a Tuesday appearance on “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Lindell denounced the media for criticizing his “message of hope.”

“I heard Jim Acosta attacked me too and he was just 10 feet from me in the Rose Garden,” Lindell told Dobbs. “This is just evil.”

“I’m sorry, I put out a message of hope to the country that God had given us grace on November 8, 2016 for such a time,” Lindell said. “Right now we’re part of this big revival, we can sit at home, we can get back in the Word and spend time with our families, and everybody pray that we have this great administration that can make some decisions to get us through this.”

“I’m appalled by the journalists that I see there,” he added. “I used to think ‘are they really that evil?’ Well, yes they are.”

“Those words, God just let them out,” Lindell told the Washington Examiner. “He used me as a vessel to get that message out there. I stand by that statement at that podium.”

The media will attack literally anyone who isn't in line with their liberal agenda.
