Former President Barack Obama took a shot at President Trump on Twitter by tweeting an op-ed that called out President Trump for “poisoning our democracy.”
“I’ve always been proud of what this team accomplished during my administration. But more than what we did, I’m proud of how they’re continuing to fight for an America that’s better,” Obama tweeted, with a link to the op-ed, which was published in the Washington Post.

Michelle Obama also chimed in with a tweet that was clearly directed at President Trump’s comments about the four minority lawmakers.
What truly makes our country great is its diversity. I’ve seen that beauty in so many ways over the years. Whether we are born here or seek refuge here, there’s a place for us all. We must remember it’s not my America or your America. It’s our America.

What was funny was the piece the Washington Post published following up the op-ed where they pretend that the Obamas shy away from commenting on current politics. What about the time Obama ripped President Trump for being “confused, shrouded in hate, racism”?

Then there was the time Michelle Obama ripped Melania Trump on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
Right-leaning actor James Wood pointing out how absurd it is that the left is obsessed with hating Trump. Woods always delivers.
I've never witnessed such hatred for a man who is willing to work for free to make his beloved country a better place. It is pathological.

We’ll close this out with the epic moment that Obama provided everyone when he said at least he was president. Obama would probably do anything to make this video clip go away, but we will make sure it doesn’t go anywhere. Thanks, Obama.
