If I didn't know any better, I would say that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is threatening President Donald Trump.
On Monday, she appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” and spoke about the possibility of Trump refusing to leave the White House if he lost to former Vice President Joe Biden in November. A scenario that won't even happen, but let them dream I guess.
Pelosi told “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski that Trump is leaving the White House “whether he knows it yet or not,” even if he “has to be fumigated.”
“The fact is whether he knows it yet or not, he will be leaving,” Pelosi said. “Just because he might not want to move out of the White House doesn’t mean we won’t have an inauguration ceremony to inauguration a duly elected President of the United States."
