Not only is it crazy that prison inmates are being released due to coronavirus concerns, but according to reports, they're being released without being tested for coronavirus....at least not according to a county official in Los Angeles County, California anyway.
Inmates are allegedly being released without being given a coronavirus test. Which really does not make sense considering they are releasing the prisoners over concerns of the virus spreading. Yet they are not being tested? Wack.
The ones who are given tests are often not even told their results until after they have already been released. How much sense does this make??
The LA Times reports:
“We slowed our work down in court and shifted our resources to address the number of people released from jail,” said Peter Espinoza, a retired Superior Court judge who now heads the office. Espinoza said they added 211 beds in new housing sites, and found housing for more than 170 inmates in a two-week period. [Emphasis added]
He said inmates in L.A. County generally are not being tested for COVID-19 before their release unless they show symptoms and many service providers now are checking for symptoms when they arrive. [Emphasis added]
The LA Times specifically spoke about Frank Cooper, an inmate released from Riverside County, California Jail on April 24. He was not supposed to be released until November, but he was allowed to go and serve the remainder of his sentence on house arrest.
Here's where it gets interesting. Cooper said that he'd been quarantined in jail, and also administered a test before he was released. However, he was never given the results so he went and got a test done himself. A week after he'd been released, he found out he was positive for COVID-19.
As if all this nonsense wasn't bad enough, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva released surveillance footage showing prisoners trying to infect themselves with coronavirus on purpose so that they would have a higher chance of being released.
As of the beginning of May, California officials have released more than 5,500 inmates into local communities since March 11. On average, nearly 700 inmates are being released every week across the state.
I can't even wrap my mind around how absolutely stupid this is.

FDA Brings Bill Gates Coronavirus Testing Program to a Halt
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has brought the Bill Gates coronavirus testing program to a stop, pending reviews.
The program, which was sponsored by Bill Gates and Seattle health officials, sought to send tests to the homes of both sick and healthy people. A goal of the program was to get the United States to a high enough number of people tested to reopen the country. Thousands of tests had already been administered by the program, finding many cases that were previously undiagnosed.
Maxine Waters: President Trump Only Worried About His 'White Power Pep Rallies'
"Everyone is racist" continues to be the battle cry of the left. Recently Rep. Maxine Waters said that President Trump couldn't care less about coronavirus death, but is far more concerned about re-opening the economy so he can hold his "white power pep rallies."
Waters tweeted, "Trump doesn’t care about the 80,000+ people who’ve died from #Coronavirus! He only wants to open up the economy so he can go back to having his white power pep rallies! The death & economic devastation we are facing is b/c Trump failed to act early & called #COVID19 a HOAX!"
Video Of Stupid Facebook Stunt At Walmart Leads To Arrest
Some people will go to any length to get their 15 minutes of internet fame, even if it means doing some of the stupidest things or putting lives at risk.

Democrat That Was Against The Impeachment Of Trump Will Now Become A Republican
When the House of Representatives were voting on the articles of impeachment, there were only two Democrats who voted against the first article and three who voted against the second. One of those Democrats was Jeff Van Drew.
Thankfully, Van Drew has a decent head on his shoulders and decided to switch parties and join the Republican Party.
Hundreds of Homeless People in Florida Tested for COVID-19, You Won't Believe the Results
Two cities have completed a testing protocol for their homeless population, Jacksonville, FL and Phoenix, AZ.
Jacksonville, FL tested nearly 700 people, which is their total homeless population to see how many had the coronavirus and if it was a threat to the country given how easily it could spread to others.
San Diego Confirms What We've Been Suspecting All Along About The Virus
Last week, Supervisor Jim Desmond of San Diego gave us some of the information we've been looking for to confirm not simply a suspicion, but what we've already considered to be factual knowledge.
The number of deaths that are being reported by the media and government officials are not accurate. I would even venture to say that the real number of deaths would only be about 10-20% of what we're told.
