While appearing on Jesse Watters Saturday night, Rudy Giuliani questions Joe Biden about a strange technique he uses around little girls. This is amid the sexual abuse allegations by Tara Reade against Joe Biden.
During their discussion, Giuliani reminded Watters of the different pay-for-play scandals Biden was involved with as a Senator and Vice President.
He also references Hunter Biden's $1.5 billion contract with a Chinese firm while using Air Force Two with dad for the trip.
Rudy ended the interview when he questions Biden, "What is he doing smelling little girls' hair? Who does that?"
