Emotions are high following the gun massacres in El Paso and Dayton. Ivanka Trump took to Twitter to respond to the shootings.
As our nation mourns the senseless loss of life in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio and prays for the victims and their loved ones, we must also raise our voices in rejection of these heinous and cowardly acts of hate, terror and violence.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib criticized President Trump and said he "incites violence" with his rhetoric. She addressed this in a reply to Ivanka's tweet where she expresses her condolences to the victims of the shootings and their families.
Your prayers aren't working. Try checking your dad on his tweets. 251 mass shootings in the U.S. in 216 days.
He incites violence every day w/ his hate agenda & racism. More people are dying b/c he fails to fight white supremacist terrorists.
They are the ones who hate America. https://t.co/dYzF2G7fEa

Your prayers aren't working is one of the new hateful rhetorics of the left. Prayers are said by a religious person in an effort to bring peace to the victims. The left throws that in the face of the religious person and mocks it with the "your prayers aren't working" quip.
Of course Tlaib wasn't the only Democrat who wasted no time in blaming the shooting on President Trump. Beto O'Rourke called President Trump an "avowed racist" as he appeared on morning shows to talk about the shooting on different morning shows.
Beto was informed that the shooter held racist beliefs before the Trump presidency. When faced with this he had a long pause and then went right back into making the same claims.
.@BetoORourke has been making the rounds blaming Trump for inciting the #ElPasoShooting. When confronted with the alleged shooter's manifesto stating he held racist beliefs prior to Trump's presidency, there's a noticeable silence before O'Rourke continues blaming the president. pic.twitter.com/cHUoWMkNez

Tapper then asked Beto if President Trump is a white nationalist. His response to that question is very predictable. Here it is:
Jake Tapper: Do you think President Trump is a white nationalist?
Beto O’Rourke: Yes, I do #CNNSOTU pic.twitter.com/6jx4bWCh7w

It is a shame to see the country driven apart by this shooting. These were two deranged young men who committed heinous acts. Instead of banding together to help find a solution, everyone is pinning blame and making rash decisions, driving even more hate.
Ivanka Trump was making a statement in an effort to wish condolences and was torn apart for it by Rashida Tlaib. Contrary to what they are saying, the "Squad" is doing as much as anyone when it comes to driving hate in this country.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and families of these shootings.
