Stephen Miller Fires Back After AOC's Attack: 'We Knew That Her Brain Didn't Work'

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller fired back at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., on Fox News Monday night after she mocked his height during a livestream.

Over the weekend, Ocasio-Cortez urged her followers to “laugh at” Miller, calling him a “clown” and taking shots at his appearance. But Miller didn’t bite — he hit back hard on The Ingraham Angle.

“Well, we knew that her brain didn’t work. Now we know their eyes don’t work. I mean, she’s just a mess, right? What a train wreck,” Miller said with a smirk.

He clarified that he’s 5 feet 10 inches tall — about a foot taller than Ocasio-Cortez implied — before using the insult to make a larger point. “I think the important point is that every time she’s on TV, Republican approval ratings go up. Democrat approval ratings go down. That lady is a walking nightmare,” Miller told host Laura Ingraham.

Rather than letting the jab slide, Miller framed it as part of a broader trend of Ocasio-Cortez using personal attacks to distract from her record. “She’s just angry because she can’t defend her ideas,” he quipped.

The congresswoman’s swipe at Miller comes on the heels of similar attacks. In September, she mocked conservative activist Charlie Kirk as “uneducated” and “ignorant” just days after his assassination. She was among 58 Democrats who voted against a resolution honoring Kirk as a “courageous American patriot” who “lived out his faith with conviction, courage, and compassion.”

For Miller, it was another chance to turn ridicule back on his critics — and remind viewers that, in his words, “the left’s outrage circus keeps fueling the right.”
