When was the last time you dug into a tray of cheese-loaded nachos? If you're ready for more, why not throw in some veggies too?
Subway just dropped $5 Doritos Footlong Nachos for a limited time. Yes, they start with a bed of Doritos chips. Sounds like something you made in your dorm, but this version’s got a fresh twist.
Here’s what you’re getting:
A tray of Nacho Cheese Doritos. Melted shredded cheese and gooey nacho cheese layered on top after a quick oven toast. At the counter, they’ll toss in chopped red onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and a Baja Chipotle drizzle.
Want meat? Add steak or chicken at no extra charge. Smashed avocado’s extra, but probably worth it.
These nachos first appeared in January overseas and in select markets. Now they’re hitting the U.S. with a new spin on Subway’s go-to ingredients.
“Subway’s newest partnership takes everything our fans love about Subway sandwiches — from quality veggies, proteins, and tasty toppings — to the next level with the cheesy flavor and iconic crunch of Doritos,” said Paul Fabre, senior vice president of culinary and innovation at Subway.
Feel like trying them? You can get a tray for free on April 10. Just buy a footlong and be a rewards member. The offer runs all day on the Subway app.
Subway’s always pushed the “Eat Fresh” angle. But lately, they’ve leaned into fun snacks like footlong cookies, churros, and pretzels. These nachos? Just another step down that flavorful road.
But act fast — they won’t be around forever.
