On Tuesday, Jackson Mahomes, who is the brother of Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, was accused of sexual battery. According to court records in Johnson County, he was arrested on Wednesday morning and charged with one count of battery and three counts of aggravated sexual battery.
Around 7 a.m., Jackson was taken into custody.

According to a police report, on February 25, he allegedly kissed a restaurant owner against their will and shoved a teenager. FOX4 has attempted to contact the Johnson County District Attorney's office, but they have not provided any comments as of now.
Jackson's bond has been set at $100,000, and he is scheduled for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
During the 2021 NFL season, he garnered attention for a TikTok dance he performed on a field that had "#21" painted on it to honor Sean Taylor, a player for the Washington Commanders. He later apologized for his actions.
Several months later, he was in the news again after a Kansas City bar called out his behavior when he posted a social media rant, which he subsequently deleted.
