If you're fond of snacking on the couch, this new Target creation is a must.
You can grab a Sofa Buddy cushion for just $5 in Target's Bullseye’s Playground, also known as the Dollar Spot. It’s a soft, square cushion with two slots on top. One slot fits your soda can, favorite Target mug, or large drinking tumbler. The other slot is for snacks, perfect for a big plastic cup rather than a bowl. The Sofa Buddy comes in three colors: turquoise, royal blue, and light pink.
Target shoppers are thrilled with this Dollar Spot find, with videos of the Sofa Buddy going viral. Although the Bullseye’s Playground is available online, stock is limited and the Sofa Buddy is already sold out. Yet, that hasn’t deterred shoppers planning a Target run.
“Running there in the morning,” one shopper commented on a post from @targetovereverything, which has over 30,900 likes.
Others said, “This would be perfect for my couch rotting days,” and, “Perfect for the boat, too!”
A mom mentioned this Sofa Buddy gives her kids “an excuse to drink or eat in the living room,” which many parents can relate to. No more finding Goldfish crackers between couch cushions!
However, one shopper noted it’s not ideal for holding a wine glass if you plan on having some vino at night. Another shopper suggested using a stemless glass or a stemless wine tumbler with a lid instead.
