DoorDash has released data on American candy orders before Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.
"Easter means family dinner, egg hunts, and baskets of candy," says Alanna Shipley from DoorDash to FOX Business.
Chocolate Easter eggs are a top pick, according to Shipley. Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs and Milk Chocolate Cadbury Creme Eggs led last year's sales.
DoorDash made a map to show each state's favorite Easter candy. The map reveals the most bought candy in each state during the Easter period last year.
Shipley notes a trend of last-minute shopping for candy and groceries for Easter.
DoorDash offers a wide range of stores for easy, same-day Easter deliveries. The list includes the most popular Easter candies ordered on DoorDash in 2023.
