After Sunday's coronavirus task force update, President Donald Trump took questions from reporters. When asked about the actions taken by particular governors regarding shutdowns, Trump stressed that the Virginia governor can't be allowed to play with Second Amendment rights.
While adding that he does not want to call any of the governors out by name, he did allude to Governor Ralph Northam and how he finds "what they've done on guns" in Virginia to be troubling.
Without calling Northam by name, Trump said, “He’s playing with your Second Amendment, [and] we can’t allow that to happen.”
Breitbart reports:
Northam signed multiple gun controls into law on April 10, 2020. One of those controls limits the number of guns law-abiding citizens can buy each month, another control outlaws private gun sales, and another puts new reporting standards on gun owners in regard to stolen firearms.
On April 18, 2020, Trump suggested Northam did a “horrible thing” by signing the gun controls.
No one should ever be allowed to infringe on our Second Amendment rights, or any other rights for that matter. We must stand up for our constitution! A virus doesn't pause freedom!
Trump knows that...and that's the very reason that Democrats so badly want him out of office.

In a video from back in February of this year, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi can be seen traveling to Chinatown in San Francisco to prove that it was safe and that President Trump was making a bad move in banning travel from China.
She, of course, claimed that he was being racist and xenophobic and that it was perfectly safe to go to Chinatown amid the coronavirus outbreak.
