Tucker Carlson Explains Alien Stories: ‘It’s So Dark That I Haven’t Told My Wife’

During his guest appearance on the "Redacted" podcast on December 12, Tucker Carlson shared his reservations about delving into the topic of extraterrestrial life.

Carlson, the founder of the Tucker Carlson Network, disclosed that the data he has encountered is so disturbing that he cannot even discuss it with his spouse. "This is another story where there are some fanciful ideas floating around but there just isn’t any evidence that they’re true," Carlson remarked to Redacted.

“I do not understand at all that are really, really, really dark. So dark that I haven’t told my wife about it. I haven’t verified any of this, but this isn’t stuff I just read on the internet.”

Carlson admits that although many circulating theories about UFOs are not backed by solid proof, his discussions with knowledgeable people have uncovered aspects of the UFO narrative that are not only perplexing but also carry a mysterious, spiritual aspect that he finds difficult to understand.

He also observes that despite numerous revelations and whistleblower accounts, these narratives have not received extensive coverage in the media. "Part of it is the government doesn’t want you to know about it," he stated. "But part of it is the public can’t deal with it. It’s too far out. The implications are too profound. And so, I understand that."

Carlson further asserts that, according to admissions by the U.S. government, these unidentified phenomena are authentic and not of human origin. He suggests that the government has known about this for an extended period, potentially dating back to the 1930s. He highlights that there is evidence of these phenomena in historical documents, art, and literature, suggesting a longstanding history of human encounters with them.

“But the justification one often hears is “the government” and various presidents who have been read in, they have not all been, haven’t wanted to disclose this because it would scare people. I always thought that’s bull, you’re hiding a crime, which they are, in my opinion.”

“But I do think there’s a sense in which that is not totally crazy,” Carlson continued. “There is some stuff, if it is true, and I’m kind of thinking it may be true, that is so radical that yeah, we don’t want to tell the people we love most about it. Because why would you want to disturb someone like that? So I kind of get that.”
