A new series of tweets claim that members of his own party are holding back. He announced this in a series of tweets that were sent out Tuesday morning.
Despite winning the second debate in a landslide (every poll), it is hard to do well when Paul Ryan and others give zero support!

Our very weak and ineffective leader, Paul Ryan, had a bad conference call where his members went wild at his disloyalty.

Disloyal R's are far more difficult than Crooked Hillary. They come at you from all sides. They don’t know how to win - I will teach them!

The very foul mouthed Sen. John McCain begged for my support during his primary (I gave, he won), then dropped me over locker room remarks!

Paul Ryan's decision to all but pull out his support of Donald Trump has been the most damaging fallout. This was a result of a leaked conversation with video where Trump admitted to trying to have sex with a married woman.
On the recording, Trump was heard saying:
“And when you’re a star they let you do it,” Trump can be heard saying on the recording. “Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”
Paul Ryan isn't the only Republican to pull back on their support of Trump. John McCain, who Trump acknowledged on Twitter, also has bailed on Trump. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, Rep. Mia Love, Sen. Kelly Ayotte, former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice have also backed out with regards to their support of Donald Trump. Some have even taken things a step further and called for Trump's resignation as the nominee.
Going into the final month before the election, it appears Trump has an uphill climb. In a recent poll, Hillary's lead has increased to 11 points.
