Peter Doocy has taken it upon himself to completely expose the lack of knowledge of White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. This time it was with regard to the crisis at the southern border. After this exchange, it's pretty clear that Jean-Pierre has absolutely no idea about what's going on at the southern border.
The exchange started because tennis superstar Novak Djokovic is not permitted to enter the United States for the U.S. Open due to not being vaccinated. Djokovic would be the underwhelming favorite to win the entire tournament.
Doocy questioned why one of the top athletes in the world cannot enter the country but people are coming through our southern border uncontested. Jean-Pierre seems to be completely oblivious to the situation. Here's the exchange:
Doocy: “Somebody unvaccinated comes over on a plane, you say that’s not okay. Somebody walks into Texas or Arizona unvaccinated, they’re allowed to stay?”
Jean-Pierre: “That’s not how it works… It’s not like someone walks over.”
Doocy: “That’s exactly what is happening!”

Novak Djokovic, along with other famous athletes such as NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers, has taken a stance against the vaccination. They take care of their bodies at a level that almost no one else in the world does.
Rodgers appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience and put the NFL on blast for the "stooges" they used to try to manipulate their players into getting vaccinated.

These pro athletes have the top doctors in the world. The fact that they're willing to make a stand against this vaccination tells you a lot. Djokovic has missed several top tournaments due to not being vaccinated and Rodgers faced an unbelievable amount of scrutiny for not getting the vaccine. Rodgers used his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show to explain his stance on not getting vaccinated.
Again, these are the top athletes in the world. COVID is little to no threat to them. The rest of the world has completely moved on, but Novak Djokovic is still not permitted to play in the U.S. Open.

West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is the least popular political figure in a poll released by NBC News with only 11% of registered Democrats having positive feelings about him.
Just over one-third, 34%, have negative feelings about Manchin, giving him a 23% net-negative, the lowest in the country.
