Democrats are out for blood! With pitchforks in hand, they seem to realize that they won't be able to hang Trump. So now the focus has shifted towards Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The left is claiming that he lied to the Senate during his confirmation press about his involvement in unwanted sexual contact.
We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. [Deborah] Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. Senator Doug Jones said while speaking on MSNBC Sunday, “There are things that can be done and whether they will be done remains to be seen based on the allegations coming out in the Times today, and we will see how it goes. But at some point, he was confirmed and that what the Constitution says. But if it is in fact that he lied to the committee, that is a pretty serious allegation, and people can be impeached for that.”
