China Issues a Warning to the World About 2024

A Chinese newspaper, Global Times, said the world should “prepare for the possibility of Donald Trump being re-elected as president.” This was said just before voting started in Iowa.

Trump was president from 2016 to 2020. He did not like communism and won the Iowa vote by a big margin. He is running against President Joe Biden. Trump wants to fight against Chinese spying in America. He also blames China for the coronavirus pandemic.

Trump criticizes Biden. He says Biden has not done enough to stop China's threat to America and the world. Biden's family has done business with Chinese people linked to the government.

The Global Times often criticizes the U.S. for how it does elections. They call U.S. democracy "low-quality" compared to China's government, led by Xi Jinping. Before the Iowa voting, the newspaper asked American experts what they thought. They said Trump would probably be the Republican candidate and do well in Iowa.

The Global Times wrote: "As the US election starts in Iowa on Monday, experts think the world should get ready for Trump to possibly be president again. They think the U.S. will be more divided if this happens."

“Chinese experts believe that judging from the current situation, Trump is unchallenged within his party, and once the general election phase begins, Biden may not be a strong opponent for Trump,” the newspaper continued. “This means the world may need to prepare for the possibility of Trump returning to power and a more divided US with fighting between the political parties getting worse.”

The Global Times, a Chinese newspaper, says that disagreements in politics are bad and should not be allowed. They see it as fighting.

The newspaper said Trump is more liked than other candidates, like Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis. Also, they mentioned that people are not happy with President Biden's work.

A Chinese expert, Lü Xiang, said that the polls show Trump is still strong. He thinks everyone should be ready for Trump's possible success.

The Global Times believes Trump's biggest challenge is the Democrats trying to stop him from being on the voting list through courts.

Trump praised his main competitors, DeSantis and Haley, for doing well. He wants everyone to come together against President Biden's bad leadership.

After losing in Iowa, DeSantis and Haley said they will keep running in the race. Another candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy, decided to stop his campaign and support Trump.

“There is no path for me to be the next president, absent things that we don’t want to see happen in this country. I am very worried for our country,” Ramasamy said on Monday night.
