The only thing you can count on from President Biden during his presidency is repeated gaffes. In his latest episode, he appears to temporarily nod off during the middle of an interview.
Before we get fact-checked, let's predict what they're going to say. The biased fact-checkers will either say Biden was "resting his eyes" or they'll blame it on his stutter.

It's pretty shocking that MSNBC didn't edit that part of the interview out.
Also, it's pretty funny that Dr. Jill Biden appears to be calling the shot on whether or not he will be running in 2024. If 2020 is any indication then there's no way she tells him not to run.
"Dr. Biden is for it?" should not be a question that completely stumps someone and leads them to several seconds of silence.
