Ex-NFL superstar Herschel Walker says he is standing with President Donald Trump when it comes to protests and kneeling during the national anthem. He said that the National Football League needs to make rules that ban players from kneeling while The Star-Spangled Banner plays.
"If you want to protest, protest off the job," Walker said.

Walker has been a Trump supporter from the beginning -- and while he says they don't agree on everything, he's HAPPY Donald is sticking to his guns on the anthem issue.
Walker says he's not trying to minimize the issue of racism in America, or police brutality -- in fact, Herschel says he'll gladly protest WITH activists after the season is over.
But the bottom line for Herschel ... the NFL is a business and Roger Goodellneeds to keep his workers in line.
As for people blasting the president for his stance on the issue, Walker says that of all people fighting for people to stand and give due respect to our flag, it should be the president of our great country.
We watch sports for entertainment, not political statements. Keep the politics out of sports.
