Americans were shocked when they heard Kamala Harris announce an alliance the United States has with North Korea.
On Thursday Harris made a stop at the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that divides North Korea and South Korea. While making remarks she completely confused onlookers when she mentioned the United States has a “strong alliance” with “the Republic of North Korea.”
“It is an alliance that is strong and enduring,” she added, while clearly meaning to refer to the Republic of Korea.
