Michelle Obama blamed "kids in cages" on President Trump like much of the left has done during the Trump presidency. This time the AP was there to fact-check the former First Lady and put her in her place.

The facilities that were used to house children at the border were built during the Obama administration. They were chain-link enclosures where migrants were housed, grouped by sex and age.
President Trump made strengthening border security a key part of his campaign. In response photos from 2014 by the Associated Press began circulating with kids in cages. These photos included some of the "thousands of unaccompanied children held by President Barack Obama," per the AP.
Ted Cruz was there to make sure she realized her oversight.

Like the rest of the left, she was quite alright with kids in cages until it was done by the Trump administration. Hypocrisy at its finest, time and time again by the Democrats.
