Andddd they're here. The protests against children's cartoons for having the audacity to portray a good, friendly cop. How dare they?? Don't they know that young adults today are too fragile to even consider such a concept??
On the cartoon show "Paw Patrol", there is a squad of canine helpers, which includes Chase, a german shepherd cop.
Chase is portrayed as a friendly, good boy who barks stuff like “Chase is on the case!” and “All in a police pup’s day!” as he rescues kittens and other helpful acts.
However, when the show's official Twitter account made a post calling for "Black voices to be heard, users responded with extremely disturbing messages like “Euthanize the police dog,” and “Defund the paw patrol.”
Another user said, “All dogs go to heaven, except the class traitors in the Paw Patrol.”

If someone literally can't handle a cartoon with a friendly police dog, then they probably shouldn't be allowed out in public because there is obviously something wrong with their brain.
There are corrupt cops, yes. However, they are an extremely small percentage in the big scheme of things. You can't take the actions of the few and stereotype the many.
