Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden has officially been endorsed by the lying pantsuit herself: Hillary Clinton.
The former First Lady announced her support during a virtual town hall event that was primarily focused on the coronavirus and how it has impacted women.
“I am thrilled to be part of your campaign — to not only endorse you but to help highlight a lot of the issues that are at stake in this presidential election,” the former Secretary of State said.
“I’ve been in the lobby of the Senate. I’ve been in the cloakroom and I’ve watched Joe bring people together,” Clinton continued, “We need a leader — a president — like Joe Biden.”
While this has been a long time coming, Clinton has appeared to keep her distance during the Democratic primaries. However, she let her distaste for Bernie Sanders be well known.
