Brady and Davis have previously collaborated on a business venture related to a professional sports franchise. In March, Brady acquired an ownership stake in the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces, primarily owned by Davis. Moreover, this isn't the first instance of Brady expressing interest in becoming a limited partner of an NFL team, as he reportedly explored such possibilities with the Miami Dolphins in 2021.
Brady officially announced his retirement from the NFL on February 1, marking the end of his illustrious 23-season career.
