According to Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Arizona Governor Doug Ducy, neither President Joe Biden nor Vice President Kamala Harris have reached out to them to address the border crisis.
“In a word, no,” Abbott told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo.“Very different from the prior administration."
A spokesman for Ducey also expressed similar frustration.
“The administration has not reached out to us on this issue,” said spokesman C.J. Karamargin, adding that the Biden administration is “divorced from reality” on the crisis.

The White House defended their outreach to Republican governors, arguing in a statement to Real Clear Politics that administration staff was “in close touch with leaders across both Arizona and Texas” including “governors and members of their team.”
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey met with White House staff in Washington, DC, in April, the report notes, but his communications team noted it was the governor that reached out for the meeting.
Biden also spoke with Gov. Greg Abbott and met him in Texas during the crippling ice storms in February, but he does not appear to have personally reached out to address the migrant crisis.
Of course White House press secretary Jen Psaki is still denying the border crisis, rather describing it as a “dynamic and evolving challenge.”
“[T]he president has a plan and we’re working on implementing it,” she said during the W briefing on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Democrat Representative Pramila Jayapal told CNN's Alisyn Camerota that she was pleased with the FBI's raid of former New York Mayor and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
“Well, going back to the first impeachment trial, Alisyn … we that knew Rudy Giuliani was a very important figure in everything that was happening,” she said about the FBI raiding his Manhattan apartment. “And so I’m not surprised by this. I think it’s an important development and we have to keep people accountable. I’m glad the FBI is doing what they’re doing.”

RNC's McDaniel to GOP: 'Don't Get Comfortable About 2022'
Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel warned the GOP on Tuesday that they should not get comfortable when it comes to taking back the House in 2022.
