Despite being a mother to seven children, Hilaria Baldwin occasionally perceives her husband, Alec Baldwin, as if he were her eighth child.
Hilaria, aged 39, made an unusual comment regarding her experience with motherhood when discussing her relationship with Alec, who is 65 years old.
"Am I his mommy?" she laughed during an interview with Romper, a site geared toward millennial moms. "Sometimes I’m his mommy. Sometimes."

Following a conversation about her perspective on pregnancy after giving birth to six children, Hilaria shared her thoughts. It's worth noting that her seventh child was born through surrogacy.
The mother of seven expressed her fondness for the baby phase, referring to it as a way of "creating love." Hilaria further emphasized her genuine enjoyment of nurturing others, particularly her husband.
"At the beginning of our relationship, everyone was like, ‘She must have daddy issues because she’s married to somebody older.’ But it’s actually the opposite," she said to the media outlet with no further explanation.
The yoga instructor openly admitted her affection for the process of giving birth, likening it to the sensation of going down a water slide.
"This last time around, I pushed her out in a minute! Giving birth is like going down a water slide that's really scary. And then you get to the bottom, and you're like, ‘I want to do this again.'"
At present, Alec finds himself entangled in an investigation regarding the unfortunate death of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer of his film "Rust." Alec maintains his position that he did not intentionally discharge the firearm, leading to Hutchins' tragic demise, but rather asserts that the weapon malfunctioned.
