Former Vice President Joe Biden appears to have had a brain freeze during his brief appearance in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
The presumptive Democrat nominee joined a round table discussion about how the country should move forward with reopening post-coronavirus pandemic. You can see in the video below that he loses his place mid sentence and just sort of trails off, as a mask dangles from his ear.
“You know, the rapidly rising uh, um, uh, in with the— with the— I don’t know, uh, uh,” he said, as he almost looks to space out.
“His, his, just inability to focus on any federal responsibility,” he said, criticizing President Donald Trump.
Funny that he is blasting trump for not "focusing" when he can't even focus himself. HA!
Of course this isn't Biden's first time forgetting who he is and what he's talking about. Even as early as Tuesday, he forgot which office he was elected to!
“You’ve been with me for a long, long time— lifetime member. Got educated by the NAACP starting back in 1970 as a congressman, we were trying to— excuse me, as a councilman,” Biden said.
It sounds like a great statement, except for the fact that Biden was a Senator, not a congressman.
