Harvard Panel: ‘Not All Who Give Birth’ Are Women, Coins ‘Birthing People’

According to a Harvard Medical School department, women should be referred to as “birthing people,” and declared that “not all who give birth” are women.

Have they just completely discarded actual biology and science for the sake of the feelings of mentally ill people? Females are the only one who are biologically able to create life, carry that life, and then birth that creation.

“Globally, ethnic minority pregnant and birthing people suffer worse outcomes and experiences during and after pregnancy and childbirth,” Harvard Med Postgraduate tweeted.“These inequities have been further highlighted by #COVID19.”

The tweet also included a link to Harvard Medical School’s “Health Disparities Resources for Providers.”

“The webinar panelists used the term ‘birthing person’ to include those who identify as non-binary or transgender because not all who give birth identify as ‘women’ or ‘girls,'” they followed up after receiving backlash.

“We understand the reactions to this terminology and in no way meant for it to erase or dehumanize women,” the panel added.

White House Coronavirus Task coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx admitted Sunday that she broke her own COVID-related travel guidance on Thanksgiving, gathering with three generations of family from two households. Birx elaborated Tuesday during an interview with Newsy on the toll pandemic precautions, like the ones she doles out to Americans, have affected her family. The task force leader said her parents had become depressed and “stopped eating” over the isolation — isolation Birx has recommended time and time again.

On Tuesday, Biden’s digital director tweeted, “In 2016, the Trump admin absorbed all of President Obama’s Twitter followers on @POTUS and on @WhiteHouse – at Team 44’s urging. In 2020, Twitter has informed us that as of right now the Biden administration will have to start from zero.”
