Never-Trumper Rob Reiner is calling on Senator Mitch McConnell to preserve Democracy and convict President Donald Trump. Bold move of Reiner to change his tune and seek help from McConnell when last year he accused the Senator of “dancing” on late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Gingsburg’s grave.
Reiner tweeted on Tuesday, “Mitch McConnell has opened the door wide. He has laid down a marker.”

Reiner also blames President Trump for the Capitol riot on January 6, declaring that Trump is “100% responsible” for the insurrection.

Steve Cohen (D-TN) suggested during an interview on Monday morning that in vetting the National Guard for potential threats against President-elect Joe Biden, officials should first look for supporters of President Donald Trump within the Guard’s ranks. He also specifically linked their presumed support for Trump to their skin color and gender.
