Las Vegas authorities are searching for a would-be murderer after video footage caught him attempting to rob and shoot a homeowner before his gun jammed.
The incident happened on Sunday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. just after the victim parked their car in the garage.
“At the same time, an unidentified suspect approached the victim in the garage and demanded property. The victim ran away and the suspect chased him with a firearm trying to shoot him, however the firearm failed to fire,” police said. The suspect then fled the scene in a getaway vehicle.
The police released video to help with locating and arresting the subject.

Luckily the man was able to get away safely and no one was hurt. Hopefully, the suspect is located and locked up. The suspect was described as a black male between 18-25 who was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, darker pants and white shoes. The getaway car was described as a black sedan with dark tinted windows.
