Kamala Harris word salad has been a recurring theme of the Biden administration. In fact, the entire administration has had more than their fair share of trouble speaking.
Her latest episode happened on Monday when she was discussing the recent flooding in the Midwest.

She makes the claim that the floods could have been avoided by fighting climate change. She pointed to an increase in natural disasters as a reason to take a stronger stance against climate change.
"The frequency has accelerated in a relatively short period of time," Harris said. "The science is clear. Extreme weather will only get worse, and the climate crisis will only accelerate.''
