Megyn Kelly, formerly of Fox News, pointed out "there's something wrong" with President Joe Biden after a video clip of him went viral of him putting his hands on the shoulders of a young girl and giving her dating advice.
During an episode of "The Megyn Kelly Show," which appears on Sirius XM, Kelly was speaking with her guests entrepreneur/ founding COO of PayPal David Sacks and founder/CEO of The Production Board David Friedberg. Kelly mentioned the "weird" manner in which he touched a female during his visit to a college in Irvine, California.
“I’m sorry, something’s off, I don’t know what it is,” Kelly said to her guests. “I don’t know what he’s done, but something’s off.”
“To me, like I’m saying, there’s something wrong with this guy [Biden],” she continued. “There’s something off. Normal men don’t behave like this.”
The clip then rolled where Biden leaned in to the teenage girl's ear and said, “Now, a very important thing I’ve told my daughters and granddaughters. No serious guys until you’re 30."

“He’s not all there and there’s something distressing about it,” Sacks replied.
